As Associate General Counsel at Duke Energy, I have been the lead attorney managing teams tasked with the Company’s most critical projects, including the recently approved $2.1 billion transmission and distribution investment plan and recently approved Electric Vehicle Programs, both initiatives the first of their kind in Indiana. I lead stakeholder initiatives with various types of groups, including regulators, governmental entities, community groups, and environmental groups, to cultivate strong relationships and collaboration with Duke Energy. I advise on customer specific solutions, including special rate offerings, renewable goals, and sustainability. Additionally, I advise senior leadership on a myriad of issues and policies.
