In my roles as a producer, operations executive and post production expert, I bring 25 years of experience to the digital content landscape. My approach to media operations is guided by the principles of Total Quality Management, applying process improvement to complex technical project management, related to film & television production, post, mastering, localization, in-home distribution (streaming, DVD, Blu-ray), and digital cinema. As a leader at Disney, I built a world class continuous improvement program for our Distribution Operations team, part of the magic that launched Disney+ around the globe. 150 markets, 40 languages, 126 million subscribers. We managed the quality and efficient delivery of over individual features, episodes and supplemental content, representing over 2 million Audio/Video/Subtitle assets and millions more assets for artwork and descriptive metadata.
