ABOUT ANDREW MINTER

Practical, Resourceful, Focussed on Delivery. I\'m a self-motivated, confident and experienced senior finance professional, with wide experience of remediation, financial, treasury, strategic, general & change management. I\'ve been fortunate to work in and with a variety of organisations, from global financial services organisations, to small start-ups and rapidly growing businesses, to the third sector and voluntary organisations. Each bring their own challenges and personalities. I particularly enjoy working with new and rapidly growing businesses, and helping them reach their objective.I\'m equally adept in setting-up and managing successful teams, being part of a team, or in working alone. I have a highly-developed ability to actively listen, question and assimilate information, to build valuable, trusted and lasting relationships from the most junior to CEO level. Organisational ability, and excellent written and communication skills are a given with this level of experience. I particularly thrive on challenge, autonomy and variety to deliver desired results, whether that’s managing scarce resources, beating a personal best for the marathon, or enjoying the camaraderie of being part of a sports team! I\'m highly resourceful and practical in delivering on objectives - practical application and lateral-thinking often provide the best solutions.
