Halo Technology Group of companies grew from a $75m turnover company founded in June 2017 to a $250m turnover company in December 2021. Growth obtained organically as well as via acquisition, the company was sold for $715m to Amphenol Corporation Inc in December 2021. I played a pivotal role within Finance in the last 12 months, involving integration of 3 business acquisitions within the Group, and in-depth involvement in the sale due diligence process in many areas; Finance and Accounting, tax, HR, legal and other matters.Responsible for- All aspects of monthly management and annual financial reporting, including preparation of Group Financial Statements, and statutory audit- Reported into US based CFO, who allowed me to take primary Finance, Tax & Treasury responsibility - 5 Direct reports in the UK, plus 4 dotted line reports to in-country financial controllers- All taxation matters of the company, involving liaison with local country professional advisors to ensure all statutory reporting deadlines adhered to- Input into monthly Board meetings with P.E. and management executives, prepared presentations for Debt holders including quarterly compliance statements over cashflow and EBITDA covenants- Business partner with sales leadership and managing director within UK operations, along with over-seeing HR and Finance operations- Responsible for all company secretarial matters, including management of Sweet Equity plan- Alignment of monthly close process of new acquisitions, including regular accounts review and accounting process standardisation- Daily Cash and Weekly Cash flow reporting implemented across the Group
