Twenty-four years ago, I relocated to Arizona, relocating myself out of a job! Former investment banker for Prudential syndicating or making a market in companies to list them on the NASDAQ exchange, I was rapidly promoted to M&A, acquiring companies for our portfolio businesses such Johnson & Johnson, Proctor & Gamble, Unilever, GE etc.NYU double major in Finance & Marketing, I wondered how to put my skills to good use in my new Arizonan community. Starting as a marketing company servicing major car dealerships Altima Business Solutions has been blessed to acquire the talents to morph into a full-service firm, helping startups, small to medium-sized businesses scale by empowering management to focus on what moves their needle.Former nationally ranked amateur kick boxer, and basketball player, I still play hoops for fun or for a good stogie and a premium blended scotch (at least 12 years of age!).I excel in negotiating and structuring simple to complex capital acquisitions. My trusted network of lenders and investors ranges from banks, alternative lenders to VC, corporate ventures and private equity firms. In 20 years of business, we’ve secured over $400 million dollars.Double kidney transplant recipient, I have served as Director of the Board for the National Kidney Foundation of Arizona, as well as Venture Devil Mentor for Arizona State University and Mentor for the Business Mentoring Team.
