Supporting multiple \"towers\"(teams) and the business in a Sr. BA capacity to help gather, design, and document requirements, solutions, and testing efforts. • Creating user stories for Developers, serving as a point of contact for questions and clarifications for both Business and Developers, and testing implementations. • Brainstorming, developing, and coding custom tools and solutions using Postman, Python, etc. to improve process, further increase team efficiency through automation, and reduce strain on people\'s time. • Achievement: Coding a \"dashboard\" in Python (Q-Dash) to increase visibility into the state of pull requests (PR) for developers and other members of the team as well as providing a direct link to the PR in question. The concept was built with extensibility in mind in order to be able to further add more \'modules\' as need arise.
