   With over 20 years of demonstrated leadership experience in program delivery management and data & analytics, I have successfully led numerous large-scale initiatives such as ERP and BI implementations, performance metrics programs, and process reengineering. I have a proven track record of establishing data and analytics programs from inception for multiple companies spanning various industries and functions, including finance, sales, CRM, analytics, and manufacturing.As the Managing Director of Data Services and Program at KPMG LLP, I am accountable for leading the delivery of KPMG\'s data program. I have spearheaded the successful implementation of the firm\'s MDM platform and subsequent migration of the platform to the cloud. I lead a team of 100+ resources, across 4 locations, responsible for delivery of KPMG\'s business transformation including CRM, Finance/Accounting and Human Resource platforms.Recognized for my exceptional leadership skills and capacity to drive change within complex organizations, I have a history of securing stakeholder buy-in and optimizing user engagement.
