I’m a Director at J W Grant, Scotland’s leading builders merchant and I’m all about getting results - whether it’s us growing the business, building our teams or constantly pushing myself further. I believe in doing the work, staying consistent and never standing still.I genuinely believe that you don’t grow by staying comfortable. Every challenge I’ve faced has been a chance to learn, adapt and improve and I bring that same mindset to my work and my life. My biggest philosophy is - How you do anything is how you do everything!I always lead by example. I push myself to be better every day - physically, mentally and professionally.
