About Andrew Gordon

Over my 22 year career in the electrical industry I have grown within Encore Electric from an electrical superintendent to Business Unit Director to my current position as Chief Operating Officer. As Chief Operating Officer, I use my hands-on leadership style and industry expertise in project direction and operations management to positively impact business procedures. Throughout my career my ability to connect with others has been my most valuable asset, helping me lead teams to high levels of success on an off of the jobsite. I am driven by delivering results, whether in business development, project management, vendor relations or acting as a customer liaison. I have successfully managed multiple large commercial construction projects, among them a major data center in Wyoming and the new Colorado State University stadium.I am a graduate of Western Michigan University in Electrical Engineering and Michigan State University in Electrical, Electronic and Communications Engineering. I earned my MBA in Business Administration from Colorado State University in 2017
