I lead the overhaul of Amazon\'s fragmented account reconciliation process, managing billions of monthly transactions across 85+ GL sources and 100+ subledger sources amid a 40-step manual workflow that consumed annualized hours. Major technical challenges involved real-time integration of disparate high-volume systems, scalable performance under massive loads, embedding intelligent risk-scoring algorithms for proactive exceptions, and creating immutable audit trails with subledger linkages. The resulting unified platform delivers streamlined workflows, continuous pre-reconciliation monitoring, standardized substantiation, consolidated views, and risk-prioritized automation—drastically reducing manual effort, eliminating month-end delays, enhancing reporting accuracy, and building a scalable, audit-ready architecture for Amazon\'s growth.• Designed a scalable prototype UI/UX for a unified reconciliation layer.
