Educating commercial clients about the property tax process, analyzing available property and appraisal district data, developing tax reduction strategies, creating and executing presentations to reduce the client\'s property taxes.\\\\n\\\\n• Perform formal and informal value protests before appraisal boards and appraisers at appraisal districts\\\\n• Promote client\'s interest in binding arbitration\\\\n• Create presentations to compel arbitrators, board members, and appraisers to reduce a client\'s taxable property value\\\\n• Obtain and review property documentation (profit and loss statements, rent rolls, fee appraisals, etc.)\\\\n• Perform research to determine appropriate property value method\\\\n• Perform an income analysis and generate an income worksheet (when applicable)\\\\n• Review income and expense models in the absence of client data\\\\n• Research comparable sales, cap rates, and other pertinent information using CoStar\\\\n• Research cost of construction using Marshall & Swift\\\\n• Provide client communication to answer questions, discuss strategy, provide status updates\\\\n• Research deeds, entity ownership, property class, and potential appraisal district errors\\\\n• Obtain maps, satellite imagery, and property pictures\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
