After working in ticket operations and public relations, I am seeking a permanent position in the world of professional sports.What I Offer:Industry Experience: I have had over five years of experience in sports organizations, including the ticket operations for over two years at UBS Arena, the New York Yankees, and Brooklyn FC. I have also worked with teams such as the New York Islanders, New York Rangers, and the Connecticut Tigers in different capacities. I have had direct working relations with professional athletes, sales departments, coaches, general managers, upper management, trainers, concessions directors, strength coaches, other clubhouse managers, and more.Passion: I have been fortunate enough to travel to every MLB stadium as well as over half of the NHL arenas. I have seen countless sporting events across North America, and I understand the importance an organization has in their communities. From branding to gameday operations, all of these aspects define the fan experience. That is what I fully understand and want to continue pursuing within the industry.Management Experience: Since being promoted in November 2024 at UBS Arena, I am now responsible for overseeing the box office ticket sellers at any event. Additionally, working as part of the NYR Learn to Play program has allowed me to properly organize our other coaches into running a successful game plan.Communications Experience: I have been able to effectively communicate on behalf of municipal clients across their social media platforms, email blasts, press releases and more. In my undergraduate studies at Hofstra, I managed multiple social media campaigns on Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook for the Club Ice Hockey and Roller Hockey teams.Graphic Design Experience: I have created full branding for municipalities\' social media, which have led to improved engagement. Additionally, I have created hockey jersey concepts on the side for years, including producing some of these designs to be worn by various club and men’s league teams.
