ABOUT ANDREW FERRERA
At just 5 years old, my younger self knew that he wanted to become the best at everything he was passionate about. Throughout my years of education, interning, and working, I have realized that it isn\'t that simple, but hard work surely does the trick. After moving away from home to attend college, I still had no clue what exactly I wanted to do – but I knew that going to Los Angeles would be the perfect fit for my personality type. After recently graduating from the University of Southern California where I received my B.A. in Sociology from the Dornsife College of Letters, Arts, & Sciences and a minor certificate in Marketing from the Marshall School of Business, I feel as though the possibilities are endless. I discovered my passion for the business world which stems from both my familial background and my internship experience at CBRE, CoreVest Finance, Sotheby\'s International Realty, and CREA. After taking a wide variety of business-related and real estate courses during my time at USC, I think I have finally determined that CRE is my niche in such a broad field.I have a strong desire to network with others, especially those who are like-minded and as well-rounded as myself. I also pride myself on my competitive drive and resourcefulness. I am not afraid of a challenge and have shifted my focus over time to think less about the potential losses to the potential gains. Serving as President of the Men\'s Club Volleyball team and the Relations Manager for BusinessSC has allowed me to take on major leadership roles that have served as the foundation for building my leadership skills.Looking forward to connecting with you and feel free to reach out!
