My role as a Value Stream Manager is to identify and correct critical process issues, support and develop major changes for the benefit of the company, and motivate our production teams by building an environment where they know they can be recognized as contributing assets. By leading our teams to establish process monitoring boundaries, reducing unplanned downtime, and focusing on the “Why” to their daily activities, our production team has been able to reduce our overall scrap produced, increase our labor efficiency, and reduce our external quality issues. • Worked directly with RJG, and was the lead Beta Site that launched the CoPilot Platform. • Created a Google Drive ecosystem that tracks and measures all in house scrap activity in real time. • Established a digital morning Gemba Structure for multiple Plants that link to the real time data entry structure allowing our metrics to be holistically transparent and reviewed daily. • Lead our Operations Team through the IATF audit process resulting in zero findings for the last two years.
