Responsible for managing UX/UI design for the Hyphen product team, driving standards across all digital product interfaces and storytelling/presentation assets. Drive collaborative design process engaging with product team leaders and developers, taking ideas from ideation all the way through implementation. Ensure that brand visual standards are translated into product designs, digital components, and custom user interfaces. I also support our Marketing and Client Success teams, helping ensure our brand messaging and visual brand identity are carried through in our visual marketing assets and pitch decks. Actively participate in live pitch demos to increase product adoption and brand awareness for audiences that include hospital executives, healthcare practitioners and policymakers.
