I manage a team delivering 24x7 validated manufacturing and lab IT services. We are accountable for multiple IT platforms at my biotechnology facility. My mission is to enhance performance, compliance and support for these systems. My goal is to provide simple, robust solutions that perform reliably and flexibly. I work for my end-users, my management and my employees.To do this, I focus on aligning to industry standards, understanding company and industry global standards and developing a thorough knowledge of our business needs. This role calls for extensive cooperation with quality, validation, business process analysis and technical SME roles. My position includes system ownership for our facility\'s MES, LIMS, MODA, and serialization software. I maintain and evolve a department of talented personnel in order to provide a superior level of service. My department periodically contracts project management, validation and IT work.
