Andrew Sandifer is a senior strategic financial executive who has spent the last 25+ years helping public and private companies drive sustainable value creation. Andrew has extensive experience in guiding organizations through major transitions, including M&A, strategic realignment, restructuring, and ERP system implementation. His experience spans multiple industry sectors, with an emphasis on technology-driven product/material businesses. He has broad international business experience, including serving on multiple foreign subsidiary and joint venture boards. Andrew has spent significant portions of his career interacting with the investment community, having led Investor Relations for two NYSE-listed companies prior to his current role as CFO of a NYSE-listed company. Andrew is experienced in working with corporate boards, with over a decade of regular interaction with the full board and audit committee of his current employer. Andrew qualifies as an audit committee financial expert and completed the National Association of Corporate Directors CERT Certificate in Cybersecurity Oversight. Andrew has been a director of Koppers Holdings Inc.(NYSE: KOP) since 2023 and serves as Audit Committee Chair. Currently, Andrew is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of FMC Corporation (NYSE: FMC), an agricultural sciences company based in Philadelphia, PA, with ~$4.2B in revenue and ~75% of its revenue outside the United States. Andrew joined FMC in 2010 as Vice President of Corporate Development to re-establish the company’s capability in M&A and Strategic Planning. He was deeply involved in the portfolio transformation of FMC that reshaped a diversified chemical company into the focused agricultural sciences business it is today. Andrew led several transformation initiatives, including the integration of a major cross-border acquisition. He also served as Treasurer prior to being named CFO.
