Advanced Drainage Systems is a leading manufacturer of innovative stormwater and onsite septic wastewater solutions that manages the world’s most precious resource: water.In my role I am responsible for managing our $275M capital expenditure program across the enterprise and our Allied companies and subsidiaries. I lead monthly reviews for our executive team and develop the associated presentation material to drive decision making for our executive team. This includes gathering data from multiple sources and working in a matrixed organization to put together financial models for equipment upgrades and installations, greenfield developments and all other capital investments. I have led the success of a new CapEx management system including SOP development, approval processes, current and new hire trainings, investment lookbacks and fiscal year spend forecasting resulting in increased visibility for status tracking and financial planning.
