About Andrew Devine
Currently attending Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine.Before starting medical school, I worked as a Research Assistant for the Varisco Lab at Cincinnati Children\'s Hospital and Medical Center studying Emphysema and a possible antibody remedy that could help millions. This was a joint venture with the Borchers Lab from University of Cincinnati Medical Center. I graduated from Xavier University after just 3 years of education in May of 2022 as a former Student-Athlete for the Xavier Men\'s Swim Team with a Major in Life Science\'s for Business with a Minor in Biomedical Sciences. I bring a team-centered approach to all situations and focus on making sure my team works together to achieve our joint goals. Being a student-athlete and working through challenging situations have taught me the two most valuable life-lessons: grit and determination.
