In my role as a Digital Advisor, I have- Successfully built and developed practices that formalized a small group of passionate individuals to a team of 8 - Led over 100 strategic account planning sessions for large enterprise sales teams that not only changed the day-to-day behaviors of our sellers, but positively changed the way customers viewed HPE as an organization - Consulted with Fortune 500 customers around their digital transformation efforts, leading to a stronger and more strategic partnership with HPE and $10M in closed business over the course of 2 years- Headed up new hire training and onboarding for 5 new hires, enabling them to quickly get off the ground and create positive change within the organization.
