In collaboration with Lakeland University leadership, faculty and subject matter experts, oversee the development of master course instructional materials, curricular renovation, assessment planning and interpretation and faculty development in accordance with the mission, core values, and purposes of Lakeland University. System administrator for Blackboard LMS and Anthology Evaluate course evaluation software. Provide ongoing user support and training. Identify pedagogical and andragogical best practices, and supporting educational theories to articulate the goals, assessments, activity paths, and learning objects for course content. Partner with faculty and/or SMEs to identify course outcomes and articulate course objectives, content and assessment criteria for Master Course development. Identify instructional delivery approaches that fully leverage appropriate course modality. Led cross-functional projects to successfully deliver complex projects on time and within budget, utilizing agile methodologies and effective stakeholder management. Develop and manage relationships with vendors, peer institutions, and academic organizations. Coordinate with vendors to integrate APIs and LTIs into the current LMS for client use. Assist in envisioning strategic assessment planning and interpretation. Review course analytics to assess course design, identify creative solutions for course improvement, and recommend revisions. Provide faculty with resources for internal and external professional development opportunities that promote learning communities.
