About Andrew Zeidell Czeidinski
I started out as a residential electrician in rural Appalachia, and over time, I’ve built a career at the intersection of science, technology, and public service. I earned my PhD in Physics and now work in federal science policy as a Fellow in the National Science Board Office. I’ve contributed to national strategies around merit review reform, science indicators, and stakeholder outreach to Congress and the White House. What sets me apart is the combination of hands-on experience, technical depth, and policy perspective, and a real passion for making science more impactful and accessible. I’m looking ahead to post-fellowship roles where I can lead programs, shape strategy, and help bridge science and policy in meaningful ways.
