I am an experienced ERP Program Manager with a strong track record of over 30 years in delivering complex IT and Business Systems on time and on budget. For the last 8 years I have concentrated on delivering D365 and CE projects / programs. Since focusing on these systems, I have worked for MS Partners and learnt both the nuances of Microsoft Systems and best practice approaches to delivering them. I am now using that experience along with that gained on other systems, to work with clients to manage both the delivery of programs and the MS Partner relationship.With qualifications in Change Management and a background in senior IT and Business Management roles, the management of stakeholders, good communication and the delivery of change are also fundamental to my approach to delivering ERP systems.Over my career, I have gained significant experience in the delivery of international programs including major deployments in Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Sweeden, Poland, Belarus, Russia, Japan, New Zealand and the USA as well as the UK.
