ABOUT ANDREW C.

I have spent 25 years designing and producing corporate events, conferences, and large-scale programs. My background is in theatre, which is where I learned to think about flow, pacing, and how to hold an audience\'s attention. Those instincts carry into everything I build. A strong narrative, clear decision-making, and disciplined execution are what make an event land.I have created and grown conferences in the Energy and IT sectors, taking regional programs and turning them into global platforms. That work has driven measurable results, from attendance growth and sponsorship revenue to long-term market positioning. I bring creative direction and commercial thinking to the same table, because the best events do both.I lead program strategy from concept through delivery. I design event models that generate revenue and align with business goals. I build pricing and sponsorship approaches that tie directly to performance. I coach and manage teams that deliver across regions and time zones. I work closely with senior stakeholders, secure high-profile speakers, and build the relationships that keep programs moving forward. I am also comfortable with AI and modern event technology, and I apply both to improve registration, content delivery, and attendee engagement. In early 2027, Quarto Publishing will release my book,\"Zen and the Art of Record Collecting.\" It explores the connection between listening, mindfulness, storytelling, and community. The book includes forewords from Alan Cross and Lodro Rinzler, along with contributions from figures across music and vinyl culture, including Discogs founder and CEO Kevin Lewandowski, Record Store Day co-founder Michael Kurtz, Eric Alper, Andrew Cartmel, Guy Kawasaki, Paul Myers, David Sax, Richard Blade, Jonathan Scott, Andrew Rossiter, Jack Coyne, Laurie Brown, and Daniel Richler.I am a certified meditation and mindfulness teacher, a lifelong record collector, and a birthright Liverpool FC supporter. I am the founding Chairman of the Official Liverpool Supporters Club of Toronto.
