Oversee strategic engagement with ocean carrier commercial teams (corporate and regional levels), economic development partners, landside partners (truckers, warehouses, 3PLs, etc.), as well as importers and exporters across key verticals including chemicals, agriculture, retail, NVOCCs, and others. Lead program development for value-added logistics services, including on-dock container stripping/stuffing, interterminal drayage products, and near-port infrastructure initiatives. Lead strategic engagement with global ocean carriers, importers/exporters, and logistics stakeholders across key verticals (chemicals, ag, retail, NVOC Developed and executed new near-port logistics programs, including ISO tank infrastructure and ag transloading solutions, creating multimodal growth opportunities. Managed BCO attraction strategies resulting in increased cargo retention and lane growth. Championed cross-departmental process alignment to enhance customer responsiveness and intermodal performance.
