About Andrew Brewer
Andrew serves as senior vice president and chief financial officer of Spectra Holdings. Andrew has over 16 years of experience in real estate and capital markets and has a deep business and financial background from direct participation in over $1.1 billion in development and acquisitions projects. Andrew started his career at Place Properties, where he began as a Development Intern and ended as a Managing Director. During his tenure he participated in the development and acquisitions of more than beds of student, military, and workforce housing. Andrew also served on the Board of Directors and Investment Committee at Impact Housing, a joint venture between Place Properties and EcoVest Capital focused on developing affordable workforce housing utilizing modern volumetric modular construction. Andrew attended Georgia State University’s J. Mack Robinson School of Business where he received his Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate.
