ABOUT ANDREW BRAMFITT

By role titles I am a Digital Performance and Reporting Manager/ Project Manager/Senior Business Analyst with over 20 years’ experience in project delivery, solution design and implementing new service delivery functions but really that\'s just the half of it. I am a mentor, a leader, a challenger, a solution provider, a team player, a lone worker, a friend and a confidante. I can call on successes from a huge range of organisations and industries and can also recount what best to avoid. I enjoy exploring new ways to interface with customers and colleagues, creating engaging channels of contact and using social insight to tailor approaches to make communication rewarding and fun. I have recently added Amazon Connect design architect and test manager strings to the bow and am well versed in AWS Connect Voice & Email solutions, acting as client consultant and supporting the pre-sales and implementation journies.As a PM/BA I provide in-depth analysis and reporting models (including customer facing, digital services and service delivery) to produce considered options and support the decision making process through change and transformation. I own my workstreams, have the upmost confidence in delivering success and take great pride in doing so. I am equally comfortable providing internal updates to stakeholders and operational teams as I am leading analysis and performance reviews. You might find it challenging to define the shape of hole you need to fill, I can be the clay that will mould to whatever you need.
