is a digital marketing, social-first agency for major global brands in the tech, lifestyle, and food industries. We provide clients with community management, insights reports with social optimizations, editorial support, and custom creative content. With the community, accounts, and creative teams working together, helps clients build, grow and maintain communities of brand loyalists and super-fans. I\'ve helped clients build accounts from the ground up as well as maintain existing communities. This includes establishing and maximizing publishing processes, integrating UGC content, brainstorming, and project-managing custom creative content. My day-to-day includes moderating communities on social media including DMs, Discord servers, and Facebook Groups. On a weekly basis, I provide clients with insight reports, and ways to optimize their content and communities for growth.
