With a single point of contact, our experienced team of Service Coordinators will receive the maintenance & repairs and manage the services from start to finish. Over the years we have customized our service portfolio to meet the needs of our national retail & Commerical clients. We have established different service levels that have been put in place to help our clients manage their maintenance budgets. By managing over 2500 services a year we have been able to develop strong network of regional sub-contractors all over Canada. Our expertise include: on-demand maintenance & repair requests, national rollouts, preventative maintenance programs as well as after-hour emergency service calls. As a General Contractor we have the capacity to tap into our resources from our other Divisions in New Construction/Renovations and Millwork Installation. We have experienced on more than one occasion a service call that has developed into a larger project, all of which we have been able to manage internally. I take pride in knowing that our clients are satisfied with our quality of service, our competitive pricing and ability to take on challenging projects.
