ABOUT ANDREW BARRETT
With over 10 years of experience in learning technology, I lead research and development at ScaleLearning, a company that provides innovative e-assessment solutions for online and blended learning environments. My mission is to leverage learning analytics and data-driven insights to design and deliver effective and engaging digital learning experiences that improve performance and drive positive change within and across organizations. As an e-assessment focused learning technology scholar, I have published multiple articles and book chapters on topics such as learning analytics, feedback, assessment, and learning technology. I also serve as a board member of TechKnowCon, a community that brings together peers from various leading technology companies to share best practices about technical training, documentation, and learning in the workplace. I am passionate about how emerging technology can scale learning, empower learners, and advance knowledge in a world where our technological power is outpacing our wisdom to manage it.
