During my time earning my BBA in Supply Chain Management at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, I took the first step of my career at D&G Transportation, where I got professional experience as an accounting intern, and got on-the-floor experience as a forklift operator. Leveraging my experience in accounting, I joined ABB in New Berlin, WI, in the summer of 2021 as a Procurement Intern, where I worked closely with our vendors to place purchase orders, manage incoming shipments, and resolve an abundance of invoicing errors that had complied prior to my arrival. After being an intern with ABB during the summer and through my final year of college, I accepted an offer to join ABB\'s Discovery Program, an early career rotational program where I would hgave the opportunity to travel and work at 3 different ABB locations across the united states in various roles within supply chain. Following my graduation from UW-Madison in May 2022, I moved from my home-state of Wisconsin down to North Carolina, where I began my first rotation of the Discovery Program in Pinetops, NC as an Inventory and Logistics Analyst. There I worked to optimize our inventory shelves, identified units applicable to open orders that didn\'t exist in SAP due to production errors, scheduled and managed many of our outbound LTL and full TL shipments, and created a multitude of reports and visuals to boost efficiency in our shipping department. After my 6 month rotation in Pinetops, I moved onto my 2nd rotation working out of Selmer, TN as a Materials and Vendor Analyst. Here, I\'m currently leading projects to optimize our scrapping process to ensure we are maximizing our scrap revenue and realigning our raw material consumption parameters to prevent incorrect inventory counts and stock outs. I\'m also working to update lead-times for our entire vendor catalog, and working closely with our sourcing team to analyze alternative supply sources for our materials.
