Responsible for the end-to-end full DATA view of the Employee Relations Service connecting systems, improving ways of working, and the structure for new & existing policies/procedures to allow strong, reliable MI to derive & present useful insights on all types of People Risk issues across the HSBC Group.Design and gain agreement then deliver the global Employee Relations Data & MI strategy for core MI, Insight and Analytics.Driving Operational Excellence by offering detailed insights across the ER Service to the HR Leadership Team. Work in partnerships to design and implement insights and analytics and ensure that the bank effectively manages people risk.Chair, Sponsor Data & Mi Communities of Practise across ER to ensure consistency of process and usage of MI across ER and Group.Provide Insights to identify People Risk themes to enable specific initiatives to address underlying issues and in turn reduce case volumes. Engage with stakeholders across the ER Regional teams to translate strategy into an effective global execution plan for all key reporting.Enable Continuous Improvement of ER Data & MI quality and delivery through identifying policy & process improvement opportunities.Strong Governance of ER MI and Focus on Data Quality to ensure that data is appropriately shared and that interpretations of data align at Group, Region, and Country level.Delivery of periodic reports i.e, ER Operational MI (Monthly), People Risk Dashboard (Quarterly), Conduct & Concerns Report (Quarterly), Reporting to various Governance Forums (e.g. GRMM, WB Opco) or ad-hoc reporting basis internal / external reporting requirements. Present deep dives (verbal & written) on ER Data & MI insights and themes for Regional Heads of ER / Global HR Business Partners / Business Stakeholders as needed. Support Head of Investigations Oversight & Management to deliver data and analysis on Conduct & Concerns related People Risk matters.
