WORK HISTORY
Strategy Consultant 3 - Enterprise Robotic & Intelligent Automation - Strategic Op & Execution Group @Wells Fargo
Jacksonville, FL, US
As of July 2020, I am a Strategy Consultant (SC3) for Enterprise Robotic & Intelligent Automation (ERIA) in the Business Process Management & Operational Design (BPM/OD) group within the Strategic Execution and Operations (SEO) Office. In my current role, I act as a liaison between Business and Technical areas of our organization to plan and analyze highly complex business problems which can be solved through system automation. Our teams use an Agile-like framework called Rapid Application Development (RAD) to collaboratively develop prototypes where Robots (Bots) perform High Volume, Structured, Repetitive tasks. After the RAD\'s, we work with Technology Partners to harden the code within the prototypes for deployment in permanent automated solutions. We perform our automation using tools like UI Path Studio, UI Path StudioX, and Blue Prism. We create both attended Robotic Desktop Automation (RDA) which leverage an existing user’s credentials and non-attended Robotic Process Automation (RPA) variants which use stand-alone Service Accounts which run on Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI). Our RPA solutions leverage technologies like Optical Character Recognition (OCR), Intelligent Character Recognition (ICR), Machine Learning, and Natural Language Processing (NLP). We also leverage a number of industry leading automation tools, like: Evolve.AI, HyperScience, Celonis, StepShot, Kofax, UiPath Recorder, and Epiplex500.(HIERARCHY | Executive Unit: CHIEF OP OFFICE | Organizational Unit: STRAT EXEC OPS | Group Unit: BPM & OPDESIGN | Area: ERIA | Job Title: SC3)\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
