Sr. Recruiter (contract) responsible for senior level, professional, managerial, executive, and other specialized roles, as well as non-exempt roles as needed. • Full cycle recruitment of roles for North American operations (US, Mexico, Canada) • Collaborate with Business Leaders and Field HR Team to fill open positions in a timely manner • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Manager to develop strategies and tactics to proactively source applicants • Partners with the hiring manager to understand the needs of each position and develop an effective recruitment approach • Serve as a consultative partner to the leadership team during the recruiting process providing guidance on a variety of hiring trends • Mentor and coach others within the Talent Acquisition team
