About Andrew Meyers

As a Vice President of Debt & Equity for Northmarq, I help owners of commercial real estate navigate today’s challenging capital markets environment. I’ve assisted clients with sourcing and closing over $450 million of CRE Debt & Equity since entering the industry. Our team takes pride in exceeding expectations by providing sponsors with best-in-class service and certainty of execution. Northmarq’s national, full-service platform coupled with a culture of teamwork and collaboration enables us to deliver solutions to complex challenges.Before joining Northmarq, I served as a consultant at Fidelity Investments, where my responsibilities included establishing and fostering new client relationships while also delivering advisory services to high-net-worth clients in areas such as investments, retirement planning, and estate planning.I am an active member of the Mortgage Bankers Association and NAIOP Northeast Florida where I currently serve on the Developing Leaders board. I\'ve had the privilege of serving as a judge for the SIFMA Foundation\'s InvestWrite national writing competition for several consecutive years and have volunteered with Junior Achievement of North Florida’s youth financial literacy program. I earned a B.S. in Finance and Accounting from the University of Colorado Boulder Leeds School of Business, during which I was a member of the Chancellor\'s Leadership Program and the CU Real Estate Club. Outside of work, I prefer to be either skiing, golfing, traveling, or any combination thereof!
