Celebrating 10 years in pediatric therapy, Andrew Dinkins is the Founder & CEO of Elevation Pediatric Therapy. Prior to starting Elevation Pediatric Therapy, Andrew started his career working at Family Health Services in Winston-Salem, NC (2009). He started as a Behavioral Technician (formerly known as Paraprofessional) and rose up to become the Chief Operating Officer. While at Family Health Services, Dinkins’ career focused on providing behavioral support for adults. It was during his time there that he was inspired to switch his focus from adults to children.Andrew brings passion, personal history, and a history of serving families in need to Elevation mission: to establish Elevation Pediatric Therapy as the leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis treatment for children with autism and their families. He leads with a spirit of excellence and is applying those principles to building the company and team he always dreamed of, developing a team of daring leaders and fostering a courageous workplace culture within Elevation Pediatric Therapy. As a mission-focused leader, ‘why you do it’ is just as important for Andrew as what you do. Additionally, in 2023 Andrew started The Winston-Salem Autism Foundation that provides resources and scholarships for children with autism spectrum disorder.Recognized as a hands-on and self-motivated individual, with the ability to appropriately assess business issues, from strategic plans and initiate change. I am a firm believer that success in life and business requires a good balance of mind, body, and spirit. One of my main focuses on getting the task at hand completed and driving results through collaboration, partnership, and relationships. A visionary and risk taker.    Elevation Pediatric Therapy provides Clinic-Based and Home-Based Therapy through Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA). We provide ABA Therapy to anyone needing them ranging from 18-months to 21-years old.ABA focuses on improving positive behaviors and eliminating negative behaviors in order to teach a variety of skills (e.g, communication, adaptive skills, feeding, and toilet training). Interventions using applied behavior analytic principles have long been established as effective approaches to increase appropriate behaviors and decrease problem behaviors for individuals with autism spectrum disorder.Elevation Pediatric Therapy, LLC is an industry leader in providing behavioral support and solutions for children, adolescents and families.
