I recently wrapped up my internship in Supplier Operations and Sales Support at Van Meter Inc, where I got to work on real-world business challenges and help build out a brand-new section of sales support that will be used by the company moving forward. It was a great experience that gave me insight into how businesses operate behind the scenes.At the University of Iowa, I stay involved through a number of organizations that have helped me grow both personally and professionally. I currently serve as the Vice President of External Relations for Alpha Kappa Psi, where I lead professional development efforts and help shape the next generation of business leaders. I’m also a Business Student Ambassador for the Tippie College of Business, and a mentor through Moneythink, where I help teach financial literacy in local high schools.I’m eager to continue developing my skills in the finance and accounting fields.
