I have had the great fortune to be with RSM since 2008. I have lead our NE tax practice since 2018 - working with some of the best in our firm, right here in NE. I love being connected to our local community but also serve on some of our national teams within the private equity and international capability spaces. Much of our clients have heavy international footprints, which allow us to use the global power of RSM and our great RSM counterparts across the globe to come to the table as a single firm. I have heavy experience in tax compliance, including structuring and business transitions (mergers & acquisitions and tax-free reorganizations), inbound and outbound tax planning, accounting methods, compensation planning, consolidations, multi-state taxation, state and local tax compliance/consulting, credits and incentives, ASC 740 (accounting for income taxes), and other related tax planning strategies.
