Having worked intimately with product and brand development, marketing, and sales teams, I have gotten to know the requirements of each department in-depth, as well as the people who make the machine run. This has enabled me to be an effective generalist and connective tissue for WowWee’s executive, product, marketing and sales teams. Key responsibilities include- Assessing the relationships between forecast, POS, sales targets, and P&L expectations across all brands - Compiling that information to inform executive team about business realties - Communicating to key stakeholders to ensure alignment of efforts - Ensuring expenses follow revenues in resource deployment - Managing WowWee’s overall marketing budget - Domestic inventory planning & material acquisition decisions
