My practice focuses on complex commercial, construction, and real estate litigation. I have experience working on matters involving commercial lease disputes, real-property and zoning disputes, and breach of contract claims. I represent hard-working clients and help them resolve their legal issues efficiently and passionately. I am often called upon to research cutting-edge legal issues and draft important documents such as court pleadings and motions, discovery requests and responses, and settlement agreements. With a B.S. in Biology from Arizona State University, I brought a unique set of skills and perspective to my legal education. I graduated magna cum laude from Case Western Reserve School of Law, where I was the Executive Copy Editor of the Health Matrix: Journal of Law-Medicine and was also honored as the Outstanding Note of the Year Award Recipient in 2018.Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife, Maureen, and three boys, playing softball, fishing, and exploring the hidden treasures of Cleveland.
