As the Senior Process and Data Lead (PDL) specializing in SAPB1, I oversee SAPB1-enabled processes that strategically shape data exchange within the corporate sector. This critical role focuses on enabling business performance reporting, enhancing the customer experience, and laying the foundation for Swagelok\'s strategic initiatives. With a focus on sales and service center SAPB1-enabled processes, I provide overall representation and leadership, strategically impacting data exchange with Swagelok manufacturing and driving corporate business performance reporting. This role is foundational to Swagelok\'s strategy, necessitating close collaboration with business leadership and Information Systems resources to implement, maintain, and enhance process, data, and business system capabilities. Acting as a liaison between internal manufacturing, functional areas, and Sales and Service Center, I coordinate efforts with other Process and Data Leads to ensure seamless integration and alignment across the organization.
