I am an experienced Supply Chain Transformation leader, delivering end-to-end supply chain and operations-led business change to global Consumer Packaged Goods companies. Recent global events mean that nearly everyone now has an appreciation of the scale and complexity of supply chains, and why trying to make them work effectively and efficiently can be thrillingly addictive. I have had the privilege of working with some of the world\'s most interesting CPG companies, delivering end-to-end operation-led changes by coming up with ideas and innovations, making complicated things seem simple, translating grand ideas into practical steps, working with people across cultures and countries, embracing the numerical complexity of the problems faced and by enjoying the camaraderie of working hard to get an improved outcome.
