About Andrew Woods

Based in Nashville, I am empathy driven human with a sales background, an ongoing interest in technology, and a passionate outlook towards relationship building. I\'m thankful to have been able to a move into the tech industry back in 2020. A big part of that industry change was driven by necessity as I\'m sure you can imagine. At the same time, curiosity and interest in technology was what part of what drew me in. And being totally transparent, knowing that technology isn\'t going anywhere anytime soon made it sound considerably more stable than my previous line of work, especially in the middle of a pandemic. But what I\'m most thankful for - and what\'s kept me in this industry - is the ability to make a significant impact on helping make people\'s lives easier by helping them effectively navigate more complex technology solutions. After cutting my teeth as an Inside Sales Rep at Dell Technologies, I\'m thankful to have earned the opportunity to tackle more complex hardware, software, and datacenter-related challenges in a Senior Account Manager role. I\'m now in my favorite role so far at Dell as a Microsoft CSP Specialist. I help bring value to businesses in helping navigate their Microsoft Agreements through M365, Volume Licensing Agreements, Server Licensing, and new cloud-based products as well as software renewals for their existing cloud infrastructure. From here, I\'m enjoying the work that I do, and looking forward to my next step in helping people get the most value out of their technology.
