After 8 years working in an organisation that was the one I wanted to retire from I was faced with redundancy. Rather than fearing it, I embraced it as an opportunity and very quickly found myself a new (contract) position with BMW Financial Services. Now working with a truly fantastic group of people on an exciting and challenging project that has opened my eyes to what a positive culture and team spirit really is. As passionate now as I have always been about the motor industry, specifically in the area of product, soft skills, customer experience and customer retention.
