Andrew Wiktorowicz is Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of InnovaRegi; a startup Biotech firm focusing on proteomics and developing devices to separate, identify and measure proteins. InnovaRegi’s PROTEIN PROFILER™ is an automated, microfluidic, proteoform separation/recovery system for discovery of high quality disease-specific proteoforms that serve as targets and/or biomarkers. Because of its 25-fold performance increase and unmatched ability to discover disease-specific intact proteoforms, the Protein ProFilerTM is in a uniquely competitive position to capture a large part of the target and biomarker marketplace, protected by its existing and future IP. In addition, Andy is Executive Director of the Western Council of Construction Consumers, an association of large owners of plant and facilities engaged in construction in California, Arizona and Nevada.Andy is a California registered engineer in two disciplines: Control Systems and Manufacturing Engineering. He has been a practicing engineer for 49 years, is a co-author of Instrument Engineers’ Handbook, and has lectured extensively on Control Systems Engineering.As a consultant, he specialized in the implementation of innovative projects and rescuing troubled projects with creative technical and management solutions. His firm, Unigen has participated in over 50 such projects in the last 25 years from Hamburg to Singapore. Previous clients include Shell International, TRW, PPG, Mobil Oil, Southern California Gas, Hunt Wesson Foods, TWA and UOP. Industries served include Refining, Utilities, Food Processing and Distribution, and Transportation. He co-authored the first edition of the “Instrument Engineers Handbook” and has numerous articles on Control Systems.Andy has worked as a volunteer for over 40 years; recently as Chairman, California ESGR and President of the Society of American Engineers & Architects (4 years) and was President of the Los Angeles Section and Vice President (Western Region) for International Society of Automation (ISA). He served the ISA for 24 years as a volunteer and has served Western Council on numerous committees for the last thirty-five years.Andy has received numerous awards for his volunteer and professional work: California Legion of Merit; DoD distinguished Service Medal;\"men to match my Mountains\" Award; also Letters of Recognition from US Congress, California State Senate and House of Representatives, Counties of Los Angeles and Ventura and numerous others.
