Experience in Desktop, Server, and network 2nd and 3rd Tear support, This was not your average job. Spanning a coverage of 60 plus locations across 7 states at one time, and the area I was covering as it dwindled was 45 locations at about 450 users across 5 states with 2 techs in tow that covered their own states and locations. I was their back up in emergencies. This was an extrememly stressful job but the people made it worth it. Also covered 3 time zones so timing was everything. My Experience is not only in Wide area coverage with mutiple calls in a day but travel to boot and that was just me. information/computer technology. Experience with Imaging installation, configuring, and troubleshooting hardware software Window’s Desktop environments. Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills. Extensive experience in training users on Desktop and network procedures, computer policies, operating systems and applications. Special skills include: M&A System migrations SCCM and MDT imaging Hardware Installation and Troubleshooting Windows 10 Desktop and Server 2012 Operating systems Microsoft office 365 Large Corporate and Small Business WAN/LAN Printing and scanning support, network and local. Active Directory installation support and configuration VPN software F5 and Juniper Adobe Reader and Writer setup. Support on all Browsers, IE11, Edge, Google Chrome, Firefox, Opera, and Brave HP, Dell, Toshiba, and panasonic troubleshoot and repair. Currently working on Network Security Certifications.
