As National Programme Manager for The Agency, I lead an incredible creative entrepreneurship programme that empowers young changemakers across the UK. Collaborating with local communities and partner organisations, I work to deliver innovative creative projects that address critical social issues, with an amazing team of artists, project managers, facilitators, marketing experts and young people. Key responsibilities include:• Overseeing the strategic development and delivery of The Agency across multiple regions.• Cultivating partnerships with organisations to enhance programme impact.• Supporting young leaders to realise their entrepreneurial visions through mentorship and resources.• Driving community engagement to ensure projects resonate deeply and create meaningful change.I wake up every day feeling inspired, it is a privilege to champion creativity as a tool of innovation, helping people shape the future of their communities with bold, inspiring ideas.
