About Andrew Weber
Started at Tesla as a production associate and quickly showed interest in more responsibility. I then became a lead for one of the most bottlenecked lines at Tesla. We brought that line to rate and continued to push expectations by breaking every production rate record during my time as a lead.As an Engineering Technician of Vision Automation at Tesla, I develop and maintain defect detection machine learning models for factory production. I quickly became the camera specialist for the Vision Automation team, globally, due to my past knowledge of cameras and imaging. This skill helped me design many new case projects using specialized vision applications across Tesla.
