ABOUT ANDREW WARRICK
My goal is to use my 30+ years of experience to help increase loan officer production through the recognition of market opportunities and consumer needs with our loan products and services. We drive production to our branches through brand marketing (lead and referral generation), products (wide credit policy including low fico programs, down payment assistance, proprietary jumbo loan programs, consumer loans and builder programs) and we leverage our technology platform – Mello – to improve loan officer efficiencies and customer convenience (instant approvals through Day One Certainty and our proprietary credit model, appraisal waivers, documentation waivers, condo exceptions and document security). We also serve our referral partners by providing a CRM to Realtors for direct marketing and property specific websites and flyers, pre-approved referrals of home buyers, and excellent proactive communication. We serve our builder’s through our extended lock programs, Down Payment Assistance programs for their buyers as well as forward commitments, condo approvals and closing requirement exceptions. In my career I have served as a Loan Officer, Branch Manager, Regional Sales Manager and National Production Manager. My favorite job is being a Father. My son is an Eagle Scout and is currently serving in the US Army in an Airborne Infantry unit. My daughter is 19 and attends OU majoring in Journalism. I am a member of St. Andrews Methodist Church in Plano as well as various other civic and non-profit organizations.
