I am passionate about Excellence.We are blessed to have created a culture of Excellence and we have found an easy way to communicate this in a very simple and practical application in our decisions and recommendations for waste and recycling solutions for our clients.And that is by asking ourselves:\" If this was my Grandmother\'s business she had owned all her life, what would I DO?\"Our full suite of waste solutions include: • Architect/Developer consulting and design of trash chutes, compactor rooms and compactor enclosure areas. • General Contractors/Construction Phase - Site Survey & Equipment recommendations for new construction projects. • Equipment Sales/Rental - AWE can sale, lease or rent compactor equipment for new construction, remodel projects or existing locations nationwide. • Custom Fabrication & Installation - If special design and fabrication features are needed to simplify operation logistics, AWE is always eager to take on these challenges and provide solutions. • Waste Management & Cost Reduction/Containment - AWS can handle setting up service with local providers, negotiating all terms/conditions/rates for service and managing ongoing services for client. Includes monthly auditing of vendor charges, client service requests, vendor safety or damage issues, annual budgets, etc. • Equipment Warranty Repairs/Claims - Because AWE is a distributor for several major brands of equipment as well as having OEM Certified Technicians, AWE can provide warranty service and handle the claim processing for the client. • Compactor Repair (after the warranty)- AWE can handle repair needs nationwide through our extensive network of repair providers. AWE will manage the entire portfolio insuring consistent oversight and control of maintenance and repair expenses. • Planned Preventive Maintenance programs to prevent and/or catch major equipment failures before they end up costing thousands more in temporary waste removal fees.
